Order Processing Analyst (Procurement)

Recruit Action is seeking a skilled Order Processing Analyst to join our client's Commercial Services division. This role is crucial in optimizing contract administration for aluminum products, ensuring efficiency and excellence in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily tasks such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, and invoicing in SAP for aluminum products.
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and adding value to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to standard level agreements (SLAs) to meet customer and contract obligations.
  • Address process issues and bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist in reconciliation activities at the end of each month.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to navigate a multi-product environment and standardize processes effectively.
  • Comfortable with change and able to meet evolving deadlines.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).

What We Offer:

  • Hourly salary of $36 to $38, based on experience.
  • 12-month contract.
  • Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work schedule from 6 am to 2 pm.

Training and Remote Work:

Initial training will be conducted in-office during regular hours (9 am to 5 pm). Remote work is available, with in-office visits 2-4 times per month after training.
