Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Floral Long Term Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Assist with the coordination of patient care and services
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- M.S./B.S. or equivalent experience preferred
- Nursing experience with a focus on geriatric care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
