Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
About the RoleThe Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our retail store, including managing a team of 3-4 sales workers. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure seamless communication with the sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on location and experience.
