Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and machines to ensure they are in good working order
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Communicate with guests and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the hotel
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
  • Supervisory experience
