Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to champion the goals of our Operations Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing strategic direction in people management and development, and overseeing best practices, quality control, and risk reduction programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of properties and provide strategic direction in people management and development.
  2. Oversee best practices, quality control, and risk reduction programs.
  3. Assess project P&L statements, manage contracts, and develop business retention plans.
  4. Lead and manage projects to ensure they meet contractual obligations and analyze business risks.
  5. Support the Director in fostering a team-focused environment and develop strategies to enhance HR effectiveness.
  6. Mentor direct reports and maintain client relations.

Requirements

  • Well-versed in various building systems and proactive in facilities maintenance.
  • Take full responsibility for duties, navigate complex contracts, and meet performance metrics.
  • Lead and manage staff, work under pressure, and conduct meetings and presentations.
  • Customer-focused and stakeholder-engaged, actively participate in industry associations.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
