Bellstand Host

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bellstand Host to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless experience for our visitors. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage storage and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage
• Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
