Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kito Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services from suppliers
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient procurement processes
  • Review quotations and establish delivery schedules
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
