Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Quality Control Specialist to inspect and document customer vehicles for damage, ensuring that our high standards of quality are met. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and document customer vehicles for damage at point of drop-off
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer vehicles, including photos and database entries
  • Install vehicle protection at time of drop-off (seat covers, steering wheel covers, paper floor mats)
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing the lot, including dealer runs
  • Inspect vehicles post-repair for paint imperfections, cleanliness, and panel alignment
  • Coordinate actions to correct any imperfections in a timely manner
  • Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  • Participate in all safety initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Vehicle Control Specialist
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow all safety procedures
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities
