**Job Summary**

The Facility Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and developing essential skills in the petroleum industry. Reporting to the Petroleum Manager, this entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the sales, operational, and administrative functions of Federated Co-operatives Limited.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Loading and unloading products in the warehouse
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Receiving and processing inventory
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Assisting with deliveries and transportation

**Requirements**

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of petroleum products and industry practices
  • Post-secondary education or working towards a diploma or degree in a related field
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment alcohol and substance test
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse and yard functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
