Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations

• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability

• Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed

• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages

Requirements

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail operations

• Strong knowledge of market research and trends

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. The language of work is English.
