The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting, and systems administration. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, you will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing technical projects, and driving business results.

As a Cloud Solution Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and growing teams through talent management, diversity, and inclusion
  • Leading teams to deliver positive customer satisfaction and coach them to become trusted advisors to customers and partners
  • Empowering teams to win and accelerate application and AI innovation projects to production
  • Engaging with strategic customers as executive sponsors to accelerate digital and AI transformation
  • Leading teams to utilize the Well-Architected framework and partner with Microsoft stakeholders to drive CSA role clarity and account coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Cloud Solution Architects to deliver customer satisfaction and cloud consumption
  • Develop and implement technical projects to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CSA role clarity and account coverage
  • Engage with strategic customers as executive sponsors to accelerate digital and AI transformation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting, and systems administration
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting, and systems administration
  • 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role
  • 6+ years of experience leading technical projects, teams, or functions

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $121,800 - CAD $219,100 per year.
