Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacists are essential members of the healthcare team at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and initiating pharmaceutical care plans for patients
- Resolving drug therapy problems and participating in interprofessional patient care rounds
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care
- Providing education to patients and families about medication management
- Mentoring and educating junior staff members
