Credit Reporting and Client Support Associate

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of credit reporting data. You will work closely with customers to resolve data quality issues, provide online training, and maintain registration information. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying operational redundancies and gaps within our standard operational procedure guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming data to ensure data integrity and quality controls are met.
  • Work with customers to resolve data quality issues and provide online training.
  • Ensure data suppliers adhere to reporting and data quality standards.
  • Generate and provide cumulative reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and address incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Review files from clients or 3rd party suppliers containing financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Analyze output data and provide quality assurance and production feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree or College Diploma and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
  • The ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of small projects simultaneously.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance in a complex environment.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
