- Establish methods to meet work schedules and improve productivity.
- Recommend measures to improve product quality and employee performance.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of print production processes and quality control measures.
