Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Tecky Media Inc. as a key member of our design and development team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their website requirements and develop a design concept that meets their needs.
  • Design and integrate website-related code, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance.
  • Develop website architecture and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code, ensuring it is secure and efficient.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize their effects.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with the website.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including user experience, accessibility, and search engine optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
