About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Transportation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation Services: Operate an accessible vehicle to transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
- Delivery and Logistics: Liaise with our service coordinators to ensure accurate information and efficient delivery of mobility equipment and supplies.
- Service Support: Assist with the assembly and basic troubleshooting of mobility equipment, as well as provide support for service calls and deliveries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of transportation services.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, as well as perform basic mechanical tasks.
- Additional Requirements: Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean criminal background check, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
