Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team at O & T Truck and Trailer Repairs Inc. As a Mobile Equipment Technician, you will assist our technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Perform welding tasks as required
Work Environment

As a Mobile Equipment Technician, you will work outdoors in various locations, including urban and rural areas. You will be exposed to dusty, cold, and hot environments, and may be required to work in wet or damp conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
