Job Summary

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records. You will work closely with our chefs, cooks, and other team members to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and meet our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Ensure efficient and effective food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Monitor inventory levels and control stock orders to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, labor, and inventory data to inform business decisions
  • Implement safety protocols and training programs to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with our chefs and cooks to develop new menu items and specials
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education
  • At least 1 month of experience in a food service industry setting
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
