Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our client-facing teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Manage client data and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business operations or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications
