We are seeking a qualified Community Health Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care assistance and support to clients in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote health, independence, and quality of life.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their caregivers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or certificate in Home Support/Resident Care Attendant/Health Care Assistant from a recognized post-secondary program.
  • Food Safe Certificate and valid BC driver's license.
  • Current registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
