About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Service Technician to join our team at Vision Investment Group. As an Electronic Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, installing new equipment, and ensuring that all technical systems are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Repair Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair, and repair electronic equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Install Electronic Equipment: Install new electronic equipment, including configuring and testing it to ensure it meets our technical standards.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic equipment and assemblies to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Document and Report: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to ensure that all technical activities are properly documented.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure that all technical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronic service and repair.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, flexible, and a team player.
