We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
