Job Title: Senior Drainage Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading the drainage component of projects, including design and tendering processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement drainage designs for large-scale projects
  • Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in drainage engineering
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in drainage engineering, with a strong background in design and project management
  • Professional Engineer registration or eligibility to register with PEO
  • Strong understanding of Ontario engineering consulting market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
