Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of ecommerce campaigns for one of our leading CPG clients. You will work closely with the Associate Director, Ecommerce, to drive growth and accelerate PHD's position as a trusted advisor in the ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies, budget recommendations, and KPI goals in collaboration with clients and partners.
  • Coordinate and oversee campaign execution to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Help set up campaigns accurately in different platforms, ensuring tags and creatives are loaded correctly.
  • Translate campaign goals into optimization tactics across all platforms.
  • Track implemented programs and run post-campaign analyses to advise future strategies.
  • Continuously ideate around strategies and tactics to improve performance.
  • Present ecommerce strategy and budget recommendations during tactical presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and program execution.
  • Provide direct oversight, management, leadership, and guidance to coordinators and strategists.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in managing e-comm campaigns.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work and prioritize within tight timelines.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and ability to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Proven experience in programmatic or SEM in an agency environment.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
