  • Client Management:

    • Fostering exceptional customer loyalty by delivering tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.
    • Enhancing customer relationships through strategic product introductions and services offerings.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Collaborating with production/operations teams to provide technical assistance, design solutions, and tailored customer experiences.
    • Providing quality control oversight to ensure client expectations are met, including budget management, creative services, and technical logistics coordination.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the events industry or audio-visual fields.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Understanding of social media, digital marketing strategies, search optimization, and e-marketing.Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle.Tech College or University Degree preferred.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
