Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of packages through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform checks on packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers
  • Lift up to 70lbs unassisted
  • Accurately handle money and perform data entry tasks
  • Track, trace, and scan packages
  • Resolve problems and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing temperatures
  • Flexibility with start and finish times
  • Good work shoes with non-slip rubber soles
