Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Canadian logistics team at Standard BioTools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation and shipping of finished goods, including company instruments, demo systems, and service systems.
  • Manage shipping services using FedEx and Freight companies, including picking, packing, and shipping service shipments.
  • Provide daily assistance to receiving and warehouse teams during absence or busy periods.
  • Perform warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
  • High school education with related experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
  • Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and be mathematically astute.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 5 to 10 times per shift.
