Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Management Advisor to join our team at Tormon Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through effective management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to drive excellence.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Propose and implement improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan and oversee the re-organization of operations to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Solicit and sell goods or services to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of management practices.
Work Environment
  • On the road job with frequent travel.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
