We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Manager to join our team at ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by conducting criminal record checks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
