About the Role

Mandala Massage is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of treatments given.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations.
  • Assess clients through range of motion and muscle tests, and propose treatment plans.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and provide home care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments given.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
