We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Sani Marc Inc. in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods and products in our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fills out orders to be shipped: Accurately and efficiently prepare shipping documents and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Load, unload and store various goods and products: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and store goods and products in our warehouse, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Recommends methods to improve the efficacy of his department: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures, and propose new ideas to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Assists his department and colleagues: Provide support to colleagues and departments as needed, and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position: Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse environment is essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ensures excellent customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Forklift driver's experience: Previous experience operating a forklift is required.
- Organized: Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
