We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team of professionals at ACE CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work in all aspects of construction and renovation projects.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearJob Description

The Carpenter will work closely with our project managers, architects, and engineers to bring projects from conception to completion. This includes preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Responsibilities will also include building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, erecting walls and roof systems, fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as instructing apprentices and supervising other workers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in carpentry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a physically demanding environment
