About the Role

First Student Shared Services is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in Collingwood, Angus, and Midland, ON.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $19.14 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours and charter route work. Our drivers enjoy a supportive environment, paid training, and a child ride-along program.

Responsibilities

  • Transport students safely and efficiently to and from school
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance
  • Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus

Requirements

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks
