About the Role

As a Credit Team Lead at Colas USA, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our multi-division accounts. Reporting to the Corporate Credit Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Credit Service Coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of processes and timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and manage the performance of your team, emphasizing customer service and collaboration
  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing escalations and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Oversee the team's performance, providing guidance on problem-solving and contributing to administrative tasks such as credit hold lists, AR collections, and account monitoring
About You

To succeed in this position, you will require 3-5 years of experience leading a team in construction or manufacturing, with expertise in Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) software and direct experience assessing credit risk. Strong analytical skills for reconciling accounts are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Power BI. A CCP designation or enrollment in the program is considered an asset. Your exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment, prioritizing deadlines and driving results.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience. This figure reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, offering competitive compensation packages that reflect the complexity and importance of this role.
