M&D BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste. You will also be responsible for emptying trash cans, washing windows, and performing other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair. Additionally, you will be responsible for watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens, as well as cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance role and will be physically fit to perform the demands of the job. You will be required to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
