Farm Worker Job Description

HANSEN MALVIN ENTERPRISES LTD. is seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform tasks such as hand harvesting vegetables, cleaning crops, and fertilizing and spraying crops.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for the market.
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
  • Perform seed cutting and weeding tasks.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
