In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for change. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements, monitoring their effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in process improvement. You should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
