We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our team at Yummy Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language.
