About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at SSN Networks Inc.

This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the point of contact in emergency situations, providing guidance and support to security personnel and other teams as needed.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Quality Monitoring: Regularly monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Leadership and Development: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing training and coaching to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certifications: Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a valid Security Guard License and Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate.
  • Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role, with a proven track record of successfully managing security personnel and operations.
  • Education: Have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with relevant coursework or training in security, law enforcement, or a related field.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
