About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, analyzing variances in monthly financial closing and reporting on key business performance metrics.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports and critical KPIs across the business, including producing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support FP&A in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead business reviews to analyze results and key information, conduct sensitivity and risk analysis, and develop recommendations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of progressive FP&A responsibilities, with expertise in building financial models, analyzing data, and generating insights.
  • Strong decision-making and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial system implementation a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, high-impact communications.
