Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering medications in various settings, assessing and monitoring patient treatments, and providing education to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
  • Assess and monitor patient treatments as directed by program protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
Requirements
  • Current registration with a licensing body.
  • CPR certification.
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, or outpatient setting.
  • Experience with IV initiation and central venous lines/port management is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.
