We are seeking an exceptional Senior IT Finance Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago or Toronto.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the finance team to drive process improvements and technology advancements that support business growth and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Finance modules, S4/Hana, and ECC, as well as expertise in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead a high-performing team of SMEs and Configurators to deliver projects and complex support requirements across various financial spaces, including Financial Accounting, Project Systems, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Product Costing, Financial Planning, Consolidations, Treasury, Tax, and Reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a key advisor to CFOs and their F,P&A leads on prioritization of projects and operational delivery
  • Developing and implementing a 'Northstar' core architecture template for Finance in CO and Product Costing to deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences
  • Maintaining clear architecture and functional documentation, including approval of local exceptions and test scripts/libraries
  • Enhancing talent development across a key user network in RTR and F,P&A, and ensuring appropriate training and knowledge delivery
