Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate Sunglass Hut

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
