  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail and design.
  • Personable and outgoing.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong initiative to create, motivate, and drive projects forward.
  • 1-2 years of experience with social media, graphic design, and video software.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Picmonkey, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and Jotform.
  • Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Flexible daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend availability for special events as required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Certificate or diploma in Social Media Studies or Marketing an asset.
  • Ability to travel to Evergreen Co-op locations in Co-op vehicle or use personal vehicle with paid mileage.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
