About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing tiles and other materials in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. They will work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality results and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of Tiles: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with tile installation, including preparation, measurement, and marking surfaces, mixing and applying adhesives, setting tiles, and aligning and straightening them.
  • Cutting and Fitting Tiles: They will need to cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
  • Grouting and Sealing: The specialist will pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Maintenance and Repair: They will also be responsible for removing and replacing cracked or damaged tiles, and laying and setting mosaic tiles for decorative designs.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in tile installation is necessary, with a permanent employment contract.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
