Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Laborer - Builders Assistant to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers at construction sites. Your primary duties will include:

* Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to the job site
* Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
* Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
* Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
* Helping tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
* Assisting skilled tradespersons with various tasks
* Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* Experience in construction laboring or a related field
* A Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate
* Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
