Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies to ensure fair and transparent transactions.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements to meet customer demand.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
