About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Moving On Up Home Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Management: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve our supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation and logistics activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 11-15 logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our logistics operations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and procurement teams, as well as external partners and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management is an asset
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a valid driver's license
