Job Description

As a Digital Program Director, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional global teams and agencies to develop best practices for how the Web Marketing team works together.

You will establish and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying required resources, creating work plans, determining budget, and planning for localization.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact, global environment and work on multiple high-profile work streams at once.

Responsibilities

  • Developing best practices for the Web Marketing team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams and agencies
  • Establishing and communicating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identifying required resources, creating work plans, determining budget, and planning for localization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Deep understanding of web best practices, optimization, and end-to-end multi-channel campaign execution
  • Proven track record in leading process improvements among peers to scale and improve operations within the organization
  • Ability to work on multiple high-profile work streams at once, managing prioritization, execution, and stakeholder/leader management
