Job Title: Bookkeeping Supervisor

Concord Apartments is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the organization's assets are properly maintained.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks and Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
